I was speaking with a a client earlier this week who has heard through family, friends and the media that the market is on the move.

There are now more buyers out looking and less homes to choose from. Competition pushes up price and combined with the shortage of properties, the time does look good to make a move.
Having said that, what is your reason for selling? Will you buy straight away? Are you upgrading or downsizing? How will you buy and sell at the same time? What if you can't find a home but have already sold yours?

The real estate market is on the move and the proof is in the home opens! This little gem at 35 Korcula Blvd, Canning Vale sold after the first home open with 5 offers and 33 groups through in a 30 minute home open. 1 person per minute walking through the front door caused the street to be full, the rooms of the home busy and a very busy agent!

The owners of this investment property decided to sell their Canning Vale property and clear some personal debts. Based over the East Coast of NSW, we discussed the marketing, strategy and price over phone and email. Following all of my recommendations, we had a massive day and there was one very lucky home buyer shortly afterwards. They now have the joy of putting the under offer sticker on the sign board today.
